Click on a thumbnail image to see the full-sized image.  If you want to save it, right-click on the larger image and then use the "Save Image As" option on the pop-up menu.  Note: you can adjust the viewing size of the larger image by clicking the + or - controls and using the scroll bars when the image is maximized.
