Aha! I'll bet you thought this was the same as the first diagram. But no, the only prefix list is L, and the negative prefixes and connectors have been removed.  List L contains phrases that begin with an action verb such as "conducts" or "leads" and are designed as the beginning of a sentence in a position description.  Sentence structures such as "L i k e." or "L e g j." make excellent position description action statements.

Example 1L i k e.  produces statements like:

Conducts studies in specialty area that describe how the development of a sophisticated new teaching technique utilizes the necessary organizational restructuring.

Example 2L e g j.  can produce statements like:

Leads specialist team to produce innovative solutions to problem areas where mission efficiency and effectiveness needs a properly validated educator performance indicator.

Example 3L r c s o z.  can produce an oddly disturbing statement like:

Directs others in the development of programs that track how the development of acceptable statistical algorithms is further compounded when taking into account a number of mathematical and philosophical proposals to the items in question by careful use of the superannuated contribution transfer.
